John, Thanks for your comments. I'm glad Allison was able to assist you. Just to clarify, we never change a customer's email address, in fact, we don't have access to do that at all. Whatever you entered at the time you completed the Incorporation request forms is the email address your correspondence will be sent to. We will be working to improve call back protocols so thanks for that feedback.
