“Day of and no tickets, customer service doesnt' open until 12”

Still no yankees tickets for today's 1PM game. I've been promised that I would receive these tickets but nothing. This is crazy. Ive never had such a bad experience before buying tickets.

Why is customer service not open till 12? Game is at 1PM
