Dear Joe M.,

Thank you for your review. We sincerely sorry for the problem. If you have not paid for the tracking number when you placed the order then you cannot track the package online as we send the package by flat mail which only have package number and do not have tracking number. It will transport hundreds, often thousands, of packages overland by truck or overseas by ship which is much slower than air transport.

I would appreciate if your could tell me your order number. I will help you to check it. Thank you very much.
