This is our first time we purchased online, abroad. The item we ordered (tablet case) really takes too long to arrive, we have waited 40 days+ and we havent recei it.! We contact the customer service answer really quick and ask us if we want to refund the payment knowing that we already waited too much and when we recevied it we need to pay it back. So it was a deal. After 2 days after the deal, we received a telegram from the postal and it was a 2nd notice already, Im just a bit curious beacause we didnt receive the 1st one or any from the postal... so the fault maybe is in the postal here or in the custom... - Joe from Philippinees
