Dear Amazon,
I love you. But I would love you even more if I could cancel an item that was being shipped. Often shipments take longer then the estimated time, but other then that I have no other complaints. Well, they should make all of their old movies on Prime for free instead of making me flip to netflix or Hulu.

This site is exceptionally wonderful. Everything about it is great; prices, range of sizes, clothes, and free shipping. But the only thing I do not like about this site is that it takes sooooo long for them to get your returns back. It took them a whole week to get my returns back. Then depending on your bank it took them an extra 6 days to refund me my money. But other then that they are a great site. I wanted to send my mail as priority, but they encourage you to use the original packing, which makes perfect sense. Makes it easier for them to refund you your money... love this site still wish returns were faster with better options.

If it was up to me I would give this site no stars. This review is way over due. I ordered a wig, I wanted one like the weaves Beyonce wear. So they had a full wig posted with her wearing it (well one like it). And the wig arrived a few days later then expected, shipping was 2 days it came 4 days instead. The wig was not the same one she was wearing in the picture. It was very thin i did not like it at all. Customer service gives you some wack cell phone number, and each customer care have their own email i figure. They argued with me on the phone for 15 minutes on why i wanted to return it and he tried to tell me, a black woman on how to wear my wig. I wold him to not tell a black woman on how to wear her hair. Mind you this was an indian man speaking to me over the phone. It took me approximatley 14 days to get my money back. Never ordering from them again. Do not post pictures of a celebrity wearing a wig. That is false advertisement.

Ok I was a little skeptical about ordering from this site due to the bad experience I had with ApexHairs.com. I ordered a Bobbi Boss frontlace wig. Most of there wigs say same day shipping but do not be fooled, this is not true. I ordered on a Friday and it came on monday. Which is fine I wanted it before wednesday. The wig looked just like the one the model had on. I would give it 5 stars if the hair came the same day but i will give it 4 stars. Ps do not buy wigs that are featured on celebrities instead of the models. You need to know for sure if thats the same wig you are buying.
