I have been using this site for several years. I find it easy to use, and their prices and selection are great! Items arrive very quickly. No complaints here!

I've been really happy with Netflix. Lots of great movies, and easy to find ones I like. Customer service is great, too!

Love the products at LL Bean! I like the prices better when they're on sale, but the customer service is always excellent. And I always enjoy what I purchase here.

I do think the prices are high to begin with, but it seems everything is on sale all the time. I have found lots of things I need, and I've been happy with the items and the quick delivery.

I have ordered from this site many times, with great success. Once, a box of tea was damaged in transit, and they immediately shipped me a new one. Their prices are great, and the site is very easy to navigate. Highly recommended!

Great experiences with this site! Lots of variety, easy to navigate web site, ships quickly. Also, I like the money back at the end of the month! I complained once because two items were damaged in shipping, and they sent me new ones immediately. Highly recommended!

Their clothes are great, and with the addition of the reviews, it is even easier to know exactly what you are getting. Return policies are excellent. Shipping is so fast, and lately they always have great deals. Overstocks are not to be missed.

I like some of their clothing, but I recently purchased a couple of skirts and carefully read the descriptions; length was important to me. The skirts were 5 inches longer than advertised (that's a lot!), so I returned them, and I explained this to them by email and by note in with the return. I do find their credits on returns to be very slow, but in this case, I asked them to refund the cost of mailing the return since the item was misrepresented. They completely ignored my email and note. I was going to call, but decided to just stop using the site. Not worth it! After reading the other reviews here, I feel I was pretty lucky!

Just recently tried it for the first time; I was very impressed! The price was great; it arrived quickly. I decided the bag was not exactly what I wanted, and their return process was so easy. They also refunded the money very quickly. I would definitely recommend it!
