Dont buy from this company. They are dishonest. I once purchased a book said to be in new condition and what I received was an old book damaged all the way through. I never bothered on a return based on other reviewers feedback because it just was not worth the hassle to me. I never read or picked up that damaged book so all in all a waste of time spent searching, ordering, awaiting, waste of money and excitement to receive product... complete dissatisfaction!

I have called Wayfair customer service on a couple different issues with absolutely no help from their customer service. FIrst question I had for them was regarding the advertisement they had that said new time customers get 10% off their first purchase of $50 or more. I signed up and never received this email. I called them and their response was that "its not guaranteed, If you get one you get one, but many do not get the coupon at all." That is not fair and I do not understand how they can just pick and choose who to give that discount to. Second their items are very cheaply made and most of them very overpriced trying to trick customers by not really displaying brand name unless you search for it in the item details and you will buy faucets for $500 and get entirely plastic made faucets. Every piece plastic same with showerheads. Just horrible. I also looked up the item number of one of my almost purchases online to see if it was best price and the exact same off brand (probably China made) showerhead set with same name/model number was selling on Amazon for $85 less and the reviews were all bad but on wayfair it had 5star reviews which Im sure most bad ones had been filtered out. Last, I have a couple apps that search and find you discount coupon codes based on your checkout purchase that currently are active. I had over $300 worth of items in my cart and with the coupon code that was currently workigng. I received almost $40 off so I was ready to check out when I decided to click on the faucets I was ordering just to double check they were the right ones and then I clicked right back on my cart. When I came back the discount that was showing not even 5minutes earlier was gone and I was not able to get it back despite hours of attempting. I have no idea what code it was but the fact of the matter was it was there and currently valid and not expired because I went all the way to the checkout page with it and it showed me my total with the discount. Customer service could not help me with this either or send me the 10% off or any code. I expect more from such a well known company as I am treated by other companies I shop with. I decided after hours of browsing and adding to my cart to drop the entire order. Another thing, they do nothing to reward customer. They used to have a refer a friend program in which if you refered someone and the person placed an order of $50 or more then you would get $10 in wayfair rewards to your account and your referring friend would also receive $10 off their purchase. So I referred someone. They ended up making a purcahse and nothing... so I called and their very unhelpful (unless making a purchase and their taking your money) customer service agent told me they took that program away and its no longer valid. HORRIBLE. The products Ive ordered have been very crappy quality. Their prices are almost made up. Same product being sold under different off brands at whatever crazy price they decide to try to scam people into buying.

Their jewelry claims to be real gold, diamonds, pearls, etc but they are not. Alot of fake overpriced items that are not guaranteed. Your credit card info is not safe on this site. You will be charged outrageous prices up to thousands for shipping with no one contacting you or letting you know. They will then block you. Sometimes out of your own paypal and then have you verify your identity to get into your account. I am pretty sure this is a scam. Most items shipping out of CA., CEO of company in Frederick, MD. Contact him. I think another reviewer put his name on here. This site is a SCAM. Do not fall for it.

PINCHme will share all your personal info and you will start getting a crazy amount of scam calls, emails, google notifications, etc. You will be bombarded with telemarketers calling. Do not share your personal info. Unfortunately that is how they work. They get your personal info, they work with third party and then you get a tiny sample after alot of time wasted answering personal questions. Sometimes you will spend 30min answering questions in a survey only for them to tell you after all that time that you do not qualify. Your time was now wasted. You only qualify mostly if you match up with what they are trying to sell or market to you via third party sites. Such as health insurance etc. seem to be all tailored around big pharma questions and healthcare/covid/insurance/and their other partner sites that will just try to collect your info until they slowly own you. You will get thousands of calls from morning till night if you share your info. NOT worth it at all. Kind of like a scam. You might if your lucky get a couple of little samples. Trust me they are not worth your valued time.

Absolute worst healthcare I've ever experienced n my life! I have had many insurances in my life and never have I experienced such horrible doctors, communication, treatments, etc as with Kaiser. Stay far away if you can especially if you have a health concern! If you have no health issues Kaiser can seem like a good place as all their doctors are in one building on different floors making it seem Very convenient to someone who is only making routine appointments and is healthy. My experience with them has been the worst I could imagine they have their system set up so that All communication is through emails via their online portal. Even when you have a serious health issue no one seems to care no one will call you while your condition is getting worse and it is life-threatening each doctor will just want to do surgery with every little thing. If you are waiting results from a serious test Guess what no one will call you you will have to look them up yourself -When you do get the results and they are scary and you don't understand the doctors Termanology hoping for a call to discuss what they found. Negative -No one will call you to discuss your test results. No one will call you to discuss your test results. I have gone through high-grade HPV, Lyme disease, horrible fevers and sickness, Serious accidents etc and for years now I feel abandoned and helpless when it comes to the care I'm receiving which is no care at all. There has been no resolution to any of my problems most of them getting worse. I was left with a permanent pain due to their negligence during a biopsy as I was cut too deep and nerve endings were damage. I am now living with a permanent pain and constant dull achy pain that affects my mood my activities &my every day life-my doctor completely vanished after I told her about the pain she is no longer present and does not check up on me even though I have a serious health concern so I was left with no doctor I i've been spending days months years searching all the reviews looking for one decent doctor through Kaiser and after going through many I have yet to find one. Meanwhile I feel abandoned in my current situation which is serious it almost feels like you have no healthcare. Trust me they are the worst I have never developed more problems after going to the doctor but with Kaiser each and every area of concern in which I seek care from a doctor has resulted in either more serious pain or more complications or completely being ignored-most doctors could care less and if you see your primary care physician The only thing he will do is sit by a computer and try to sum up what you're telling him and passed you onto the next doctor... And trust me you will get no resolution from the next doctor either. Kaiser is the kind of place they want all their patients addicted to pain medication and performing surgeries that will cause further problems to keep the cycle going of profits for the company. I am not sure how they stay in business or how this kind of healthcare is allowed. I have given them the benefit of the doubt many times over the past couple of years and each time has ended worse than the last. There's also no when you can turn to and that there's a problem... There's no department manager there is no one who overseas the doctors when they are performing scary procedures involving cutting your insides and then when something goes wrong no one cares no one cares about your permanent pain or the fact that they ruined your life or the fact that you were better off before their medical malpractice. I would not recommend Kaiser to anyone- I have been seeking out of Netwerk doctors in which I would have to pay out-of-pocket just to get some decent healthcare

Dont get me wrong, I used to LOVE LOVE LOVE Free People back when they had gorgeous, unique, quality boho clothing, however over the years, they have continued to plunge when it comes to style, quality and pricing. I won't even start with the pricing-anyone you ask will tell you how crazy overpriced they are but the products do not match the price in any way. CHEAP and the styles have gone downhill. I get their emails and nothing catches my eye anymore and even so I think most of it is ridiculous and ugly now. I used to go craZy for Free People but they have lost their touch and took advantage of their followings from when they actually had quality clothing that had everyone looking twice at your styles. Now people straight up think its from the thrift store. I have bought some items and the quality of fabric has not even been worth $5. I do not recommend Free People anymore but I hope they will up their game with fashion/style and not just look to make a huge profit by selling whatever not flattering styles they can come up with in the moment -fast fashion with a huge price tag.

I wish I could give a 0 star. Horrible company. Very unprofessional staff. Horrible shipping. No returns with barely anything looking/fitting as pictures shows. A month or so to receive purchased goods, if you receive them and honestly not that much cheaper from any sale item you can find anywhere in stores or online from a better website. Also, I stopped an order before it got sent out to avoid a bad experience after being told it wouldnt be shipped for about 3weeks. Zulily customer service canceled order and I asked for email confirmation to where the customer service representative replied "Im not sure if you can get confirmation of that. Sometimes we send email confirmation or cancelation and sometimes we do not" I asked to speak with someone of higher authority, he put me on hold and came back and said that is not possible. Really right now! Get your company together people! Look at your online reviews - 1star is the most frequent rating. Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this company, even if you fall in love with an item in the picture-you can probably find it elsewhere or from actual company selling it online.
