Placed my order over a month ago. I received half of my order a couple weeks ago and called multiple times, left messages, emailed with no response to resolve my issue. Finally got someone on the phone and she said, "I'll have to call you back to find out what's wrong." She emailed and said she would be shipping the remaining part of my order and providing me with a tracking number that evening. It has been 11 days since then, still haven't received my order and still no tracking number. Do not even think about using them for your order, especially if you have a pet who relies on their medication.
