What a scam this company is. They email me after making a feedback here to resolve an issue but will only refund $96 out of $512 credit spend as an error and unsatisfied member and all the hassle they cause. I have so many unused credits even told them I report it less than 12 hours when I notice it but NOOOOO they won't refund they prefer you not coming back and just keep your money. And knowing from other members that they are scamming members too that these people that you talk to on the site are just hired people and not really a member. That is it, If they will not credit everything I spend, I will file a suit, make a blog to inform everyone in the world what this scam site is doing!. And oh, you cant even delete your bank details in this site... WHY? Coz they are a scammer and they will rip you totlly off! Support will even threaten you if you report them that they will show all the messages made --- GO AHEAD! As if I made a lot and happy talking to these fake members! This site is POORLY made, poor customer service/support, poor in resolving an issue. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND NOT TO RETAIN YOU AS A MEMBER COZ THEY DONT CARE IF YOU DONT COME BACK AND GIVE THEM A BAD REVIEW. How's BBB to report this and any other gov't to file a suit for this scam company...

I withdraw my milestone like every week but twice this month they did not process my milestone which is really making me angry. Currently, I experience it now and the support even the finance people will only say it will be processed within the day but nothing is processed. They even correct me that my Processing date Mon, 29 Aug 2016 - Tue, 30 Aug 2016 which today is 31st of August 2016. Are they blind or they think people are stupid not to realize that they are delayed and the processing time only happen every Tuesday and Thursday. I am really angry and frustrated with this site and no one could help you. $600++ USD milestone is not a joke for them to hold it or keep it or not process it on time. They don't even care about bad reviews, they don't care for not getting back at you. I have been with them for a long time and its really getting frustrated as time goes by and my employer now offered to transfer to a different site then.

I have been with freelancer a quite a while now. I was happy before but recently no one was able to help, 1st - support people has poor customer service... does not help at all instead would just tell you what happened and that's it or tell you the FAQ (if it's just FAQ, I won't bother looking for a live support). 2nd they post an Incomplete project without rating me or me rate the employer because I cancelled this, I experienced being harassed by an employer when I decide not to continue because he was giving unusual decisions time frames and from time to time he change his instruction and do not stick to what we agreed about. I lost the dispute but I don't care, I just want him reprimanded for his false accusation about my family plus cursing and etc but no - freelancer did not do anything, just told me just block the person so he will not bother you but still that employer created a new project just to bother me through messages... I reported it again but nothing was solved still and is not fair to do this on the employees end. (without the good freelancer employees no one will go to Freelancer to hire someone). Now 3rd - my feedbacks are not posting on my profile and all they say the employers did not make yet the feedback when the employer confirmed themselves and confirmed he/she got a message informing he/she already made a feedback when she tried to make the feedback again but the support insist the employer did not make any feedback. Tired of dealing with their support which you will be going in circles. I don't know what's going on with Freelancer but my good experience is slowly going down to drain of this poor service and poor communication and not fair judgement/rules now. I feel there is no protection or fair rules for the people working on the job when in fact they also get rip off fees from us too.
