I ordered a dress on Feb 2 and a sweater on Feb 17. Both of them are still processing as of Feb 23. I've sent an email twice and tried to call the customer service but the phone number is not working. I can't wait anymore so I want refund right away. And do not buy anything from IDEOLOGY. Their product looks pretty but they never process your order (it happened twice) so do not waste your time and money.

Hi Jieson! Thank you for reaching out to us and I am sorry you were not able to reach us via phone! The store Ideology was observing the Chinese New Year at the time you placed your orders, which is why they were processing for longer than normal. They did extend the delivery estimate window for all orders to reflect this delay however I understand that since the longer processing time was not communicated, it was frustrating. I'll be sure to let the store know. I'll also send you a private message so I can help get the refund on your orders.
