“Liars and poor customer service!”

Ordered some items December 8th. When ordering it said as long as the order was in by December 21st it would arrive befire Christmas. Contacted cutomer service December 21st for an update and they said it would arrive before Christmas.

Yeah, nothing arrived. Had to go shopping Christmas Eve for more presents just so kids wouldn't be totally disappointed. Will never EVER use again. Astholes.
