Worst Site Ever. Wont return emails. Phone support is rude and unhelpful. Its been a month and I still dont have my order. Lied to by phone support said I would have my tracking number on Monday still nothing. STAY AWAY.

As a wholesale brokerage, we do not ship the products on our website from our physical location. They ship directly from the Manufacturer's distribution facility to the customer. Therefor we do not get tracking on an order until the product has left the distribution site and our vendor has forwarded the tracking number to us. On an order with Standard shipping 10-15 days, we typically get tracking between the 9th-11th business day. If there is a delay in shipment or the order is on backorder you will be contacted directly by our product manager for available options.
