Received broken tripod. Want to replace it. Support wants me to send them a picture. Why can't I just return it for a replacement. IT"S BROKEN AND WAS WHEN I OPENED IT>

If you can't provide a picture, that's not a problem. We just ask for a photo to help figure out what happened during shipment so we can prevent future issues such as this.
