I have bought 7 items from them. All have arrived safely and been good quality. I have had one case where some bits were missing, and they are fixing that with no cost to me. (In a large company with many sales, there are bound to be problems sometimes, but they fix them - that's what you want.) And the prices are excellent, which is the main reason I started buying from Banggood in the first place. The mini drill I bought from them is excellent quality! Also, they accept PayPal, which is so convenient to use these days. So, all-in-all, pretty good.
