I would never buy from Ideel again. The products were cheap and junky and when I tried to send the goods back, it was difficult to access the print label and it took a week to get a refund. More importantly they didn't have a phone number where you could reach a live person without doing a forensic exercise to find it. Never again!

Our customer service team is happy to assist with creating and sending return labels should you need help in the future. The reason you couldn't locate a phone number is becasue we don't have a traditional call center. As an online retailer our agents are all on Live Chat throughout the day and are able to assist multiple customers at a time, which cannot be done over the phone. This also allows us to give immediate help to our members while a flash sale is going on, so that they don't lose out on an item.
