My order says Shipped. There is no tracking. It has been one year. I am in the US and the one time I did email them about the order they said my product was delivered in the Netherlands.
If you are reading this - don't bother sending money to dresslily, actually just send it to me, I won't send you anything back and ignore your emails just like they did to me. That seems fair and legal doesn't it?
