Can not reach a customer service person to save your life - THEY DON"T CARE! Do not buy anything from this company!

Be sure you want what you buy here. Even with Covid issues, the 30 day return policy stands. I spent the first half of Covid on family property a days drive from town and could not do the return in time. Other stores have better customer service.

Someone please come up with a better site for selling stuff.

I have repeatedly had issues with the Ebay shipping calculator. I call every week and they credit me the difference but they have NEVER fixed the problem.

Every time I list something where buyer pays, the Ebay shipping calculator has the Buyer pay a lower price than the shipping label actually costs the Seller (me). The last item I sold (<2 lbs and about the size of a pair of shoes in a tyvek envelope... according to the Ebay shipping calculator) cost $9+ to ship. Really?

Paypal is owned by eBay. They are both continually looking for ways to get more money from the people who use them.

Recently, I bought a membership online that defaulted to my PayPal account. I tried to reverse the transaction, but PayPal was not cooperative. Credit Cards work really hard to help you not get screwed by online businesses. They will cancel your transactions and open a dispute case. PayPal does/will not. They simply debit your bank account. Why not just use a debit card?

You but it. It looks great in the pictures. It comes from China.
If it doesn't fit (and the clothes are REALLY small!), they want you to upload a photo of it. Being too small is not a reason for a return, because it CLEARLY says on their website what the measurements of the clothes are. You would think that the material has a little give and could stretch out a little. It doesn't. You're screwed. Go to a U.S. store where you can talk to a real person and return it!
Jewelry - a collar necklace I got made my neck itch. There must be some chemical on it that they use in manufacturing.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away - no returns accepted.

If you don't cancel BEFORE the 14 days are up, you will be responsible for the ENTIRE amount. And it's not that easy to cancel online. You have to call them.

Otherwise, it's a great site and much better than Ancestry.com.
