I love their email, and all of it's features and storage.
In the beginning, they were wonderful about quickly responding to questions, or the rare problem.
Now? It's goes offline at least part of every day, sometimes several times. Customer service no longer responds. Period. They didn't even respond to a question about their pay services.
Idk, but if I had a business and someone wanted to give me money, I think I would answer their question.
I truly hope they work out whatever problems they are having. It's great when it works.
