The quality and level of customization are great. I've purchased on two separate occasions and am beyond happy with both of my dresses. I don't love the high cost associated with shipping to Canada though. And returning from Canada is very costly if you aren't happy with your purchase (you don't get the costs associated with shipping or customs back). So make sure you give them the correct measurements.

I forgot to cancel my subscription (I'm currently not looking for employment) and even though their trial service clearly stated I would auto-renew after a certain time, the representative I chatted with was incredibly polite and helpful, and gave me a full refund - even though the renewal was my own fault.
