Placed order. After five days and no status update on order, went to their website and it was "unavailable." Didn't have a customer service number or even an address. Seeing other negative comments about this company, I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. They credited my account back for the $17.85.
After coming home from dinner later that evening, lo and behold, there was the charger. It was delivered via USPS and the mailman left it at our door. The package didn't have a return label but it was mailed from NY. The location of Pronto Charger I placed the order with was in Texas.
Today, I reversed the dispute and made sure Pronto Charger got their money. The charger is working fine and unlike the "universal" chargers available at the major outlets, it fit properly and is working perfectly. Aside from their being kind of "mysterious", they obviously processed and shipped my order with a few days. They can do much better by keeping their customers informed on the order status and with shipping info.
