Ordered a dress online. The site showed me a lovely light gold colour, when the item arrives it's rose gold verging on pink.
I emailed the company and they told me that it is the same colour it's just my lighting. I can tell you it is not the same colour in any shape or form.
I got no joy from the customer services saying they wouldn't let me return it as it's not a valid reason. To say the customer services were rude and unprofessional is an understatement.
I didn't order a custom size so there is no real reason to not allow me to return it seen as they have sent me a dress not as described.
