Ordered from a pizza place less than a mile away. Placed my order at midnight, and the place closes at 1 am. Estimated delivery time said 12:50, okay. 12:55 rolls around and still no pizza, so I decide to call the pizza place, since they're about to close. The woman there tells me my driver was at my place twice and didn't see me so he drove away each time. Wtf? I never got a call from the driver even though I provided my correct phone number and specifically mentioned in the instructions to call me so I can come outside (I live in a dorm). Driver apparently drove by my place several times, didn't bother to call, and left. If I hadn't called the pizza place at the time I did, they would have closed and I would have never gotten my order. Horrible organization and zero management from grubhub to keep things on track. I didn't even have a way to contact my delivery driver directly.
