DO NOT BUY! Lighting Universe aka ATG Stores has a terrible return policy, mon't make exchanges and the people are utterly un-helpful. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.
DO NOT BUY FROM ATG!!! They would not accept a return or even exchange two unopened lamps past their precious "30 day" window. I have never heard of such a draconian policy!!! They were rude, inflexible, and I hope this review loses them LOTS of business!!!
A 30 day return policy is very common, if not typical. What is unusual is a "no questions asked" return policy, like a few high-end etailers have. You were not treated unfairly. I'm sure you were pissed, but it was your own fault.
I think saying they have a Draconian policy is absurd. This is not what a review site like this is about; to take out your anger and lambaste two companies who are related because they stuck to a standard return policy. You are trying to hurt their business when it is you that screwed up!

Just because you dislike ATG (as you said in your other, related, negative post about ATG), there is no reason to berate a business for enforcing a very common, if not typical, 30 day return policy. You were not treated unfairly. I'm sure you were pissed, but it was your own fault that you waited too long.
I don't think trying to ruin a business (for enforcing standard policy), is what a review site like this should be about; to take out your anger and lambaste this company because it stuck to a standard return policy and because it is related to ATG. You are trying to use the internet to hurt Lighting Universe's business when it is you that screwed up!
