We ordered a pair of Nike shoes which were worn occassionally over a few weeks for walking inside. The very first time they were worn for any physical activity the stitching holding the laces broke in a few different places. We have tried to resolve this through their website and through texting their representative - but all they say is "sorry."
Very, VERY poor customer service.
Tip for consumers:
Seriously - it isn't worth the price if it falls apart and no one will stand behind the product they sell.
