I ordered a dress from DylanQueen.co.uk and when it arrived it was completely the wrong size. They do not accept returns and do not provide satisfactory responses to email queries. On top of that I then received a phone call from the courier to say that they had received a VAT bill for €45 that i needed to pay as the dress was shipped from China! When i queried this with Dylan Queen they sent me the link to the terms and conditions where it states i have to pay this VAT. I would advise anyone not to use this website or if you are ensure to read the returns policy and the very long list of terms and conditions
