Units off of Hoadly Road in Woodbridge, VA. Not climate controlled. Keypad to get out of gate always blocked. Company customer service is awful. They run a nice scam in forcing you into purchasing a lock (not allowed to use your own) that is completely useless anywhere else. Got texts and emails saying to return lock but then told it was ours. Was there less than a month because of poor conditions, and they are the "new" location... oh, and our lock was OPEN with tape holding it shut...

Was a little pricey, but worth it for what they can do, IF done properly. Was impressed with the step by step emails I received, nice to get information through the process. Was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED when I received our items back. The video was put on to DVD, however there was no sound to it. The audio we had put on CD was horrible- it reminded us of the playback you get when watching ghost hunting shows- you don't hear anything other than a faint sound in the background.

We understand that they may not have been able to do any better, however then they shouldn't have processed the order and should have notified us. SO SAD that I don't have the audio in the video of my Dad or the audio of him playing guitar and singing.

Seriously not worth the amount we paid. We thought a "professional company" would have provided better service. I really feel like I was scammed :(

We purchased from them- deals were ok. Sent 2 bags to them- first one was just ok on payout, I owed them after the second one! They resell your "donations" therefore I wanted my items back. They purchased 20 of my times- designer with tags! And I owed them money after the payout! They charge too much for some items, and rip off sellers. I will no longer use them

Purchased two personalized necklaces... exactly the same... personalized picture feel off of one of them almost immediately!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company! I will NEVER purchase a Kia or Hyundai ever again!

Purchased a Sedona in July 2014... made all payments... one Saturday in February 2015 at 6:33 am our van was there... at 8:30 it was GONE!

Tried calling everyone... nothing could be done because it was a Saturday. Well you took it on a Saturday! Finally on Monday we could get some info. Their paperwork was WRONG! They had mixed up payments that we made on line.

In order to get it back we would still have to pay for the repo fee (no reason to repo) as well as any storage fees from Saturday to Monday (total almost $300!) In addition to having to "reapply" (ummm... you took it for no reason!) and that may take up to a week... and more storage charges! It would have taken almost $2,000 to get back a car that never should have been repoed!

This was the most ridiculous situation ever! HATE THIS COMPANY

Unprofessional is an understatement! Can't believe the can get away with this

BTW- we didn't want the van back after all that. No way was I going to pay all those fees... besides there were all kinds of issues with the van (windshield leaked, made a weird noise) They also didn't have record of the maintenance package we purchased, would not do a new inspection. Although this was a new car it became obvious it was on the lot for some time and they were eager to be rid of it.

Ordered a formal dress. When it arrived the back was a tie back and not zipper (did not look right with the sequin style dress) Seller refused to refund- could not understand why we didn't like the change in the dress. DHGate will not respond although they claim to have superior return policy and will help buyers

***update as of 03/07/2015 purchase was made in January... this is still an ongoing issue. I understand these are "separate" manufacturers, however this site claims to support you should there be an issue. It has been a month since I started the dispute, with nothing from this site! Buyers Beware! They do not have customer support!***

**update as of 3/28/2015 FINALLY heard from them. Partial refund (about 1/2 of order) or could get full AFTER I paid to ship it back to China. Nope! Wasn't going to deal with this any longer. AWFUL!**
