I purchased a few things from this site last month and after not getting a tracking number or anything after two weeks, I decided to send an email for a refund. Reading the reviews, I figured I wasn't going to get a refund or a reply. About a week later though, I got an email saying they were currently undergoing a change in staff and that was delaying shipping, but I got another email for a reciept for a full refund, which was back on my credit card within a few days. I was shocked after hearing the horror stories that I actually got my refund. Now. Two days ago, I got an email again from them with a tracking number for the stuff I origionally perchased. I'm surprised that it's only been a month for a respond or anything of the sort after reading every other review about not seeing the stuff for months.

I am glad you have a good story which shows that we are trying hard and we are not fraudulent. You were given a refund and your gear as an act of goodwill. There some complaints here yes, but it is a tiny percentage of the people that support us and we are talking hundreds of happy people every week.
