What a crock of $#*!! Thanks for stealing my money... Items still with tags on them as a gift but over 30days can't return and can't refund my money for the subscription because its been over 30 days since it started coming out without me knowing. Upset

In order to be eligible for a refund of store credit beyond 30 days, you must write a letter to our claims department explaining the case and why you were not able to contact us within our 30 day limit to request a refund.
