Hi, jekay k. Pasensya na po kung na-confuse kayo. Ang cancellation time po ng orders ay WITHIN 6 hours lang po after itong mai-place at hindi AFTER 6 hours saka pa lang po pwedeng mag-cancel. And since na-dispatch na po sa Lazada WH ang inyong orders, hindi na po namin ito maka-cancel on our system. For this, may option pa rin naman po kayo kung ia-accept nyo ang delivery ng items or hindi. May maitutulong pa po ba kami? Let us know..
