I have been locked out of my account after 1 month of a 3 month subscription. As a non member (or member who has NO access to the zoosk members area), there is no way of contacting them. They have my credit card details and my subscription is set to an auto payment. They say they have no knowledge of me and my details don't exist in there system.
There are a whole range of serious problems with the site, but my main concern is the loss of money for no service; identity and credit card theft.
PLEASE: Search 'zoosk complaints' online; I did this too late
I have reported to Australian federal Police.
This fraudulent site needs to be taken down!
