I bought a quadcopter with FPV at a nice price of about 130 euro. Had it send to Belgium. After a few days i recieved a mail of the Belgian customs who told me that i could only recieve my parcel if i payed in total approx 700 euro for fines and taxes... I refused the parcel and after about 2 weeks of stupid discussions they send it back to Banggood. Afer about 1 month it came back to Banggood and they refunded my parcel minus the postal cost of about 5 euro. When i aggreed upon the refunding it took 1 day and the money was back on my paypal account...
Banggood could have played it in another way and not pay me back but i was very happy by their honnesty and fastness to arrange everything... I think lots of compagnies in the world could takes lessons from this event...
