I had a terrible experience with this company last year; same as everyone else, slow or missing shipments, fake tracking numbers, etc. This year I found the perfect Christmas stockings on Amazon. I saw that they were from Christmas Central, but I ordered them anyway. I thought that going through Amazon would make them more accountable but it has not.
Once again, shipping was to take 10 days, which is a LONG time in this day and age when same day shipping is available. A few days ago, I received a fake tracking number from them; same as last year. The items were supposed to arrive yesterday, 12/14, but didn't. Today I checked on Amazon, and they state that the delivery date is now 12/17. Christmas Central didn't notify me of this change. They haven't supplied Amazon with a tracking number.
I know Amazon will take care of me, but I really don't want a refund. I wanted my stockings in a timely fashion, before Christmas!
