I am new to this, and I placed an order and used an outside Promo code. I waited for my credit to show up in my Ebates account but it never did. I emailed Customer Service to see where my credit was. Heather K replied and explained that I should only use codes from Ebates in order to get the sale credit to my account. Yet, she credited my account anyway. Thanks so much Heather! You and your company know the meaning of customer service. I won't make that mistake again.
