This company is clearly one of a number of others selling online from China. The sizes listed will be MUCH smaller than these sizes in the U.S.A. (cannot comment on other countries... sorry). Expect lower quality merchandise because China does not have to conform to manufacturing standards in the U.S. And based on how they manage issues with merchandise, expect a run-around with requirements for YOU to demonstrate (usually via photos or video) as to WHY the product is wrong for you (size or defect). Shipping will be an issue, as well, if you are in the U.S. because it takes 14-21 days for an item to pass through customs on both ends, with 14 being a miracle delivery. Some shipments could take longer.

Plus-size women and those with a standard U.S. women's figure probably have the greatest disadvantage in purchasing anything produced in China for a non-U.S. Market. (Most of our clothing comes from overseas, such as China, Taiwan, etc.) Chinese clothing made in China and not for Western consumption will not be prepared to accommodate the hips, tummy, shoulders and behinds of the average American woman. The Western body shape is different than that of a Chinese woman, who is typically slim of hip, bust, behind and arms.

An ad for Rose Wholesale popped up in my Facebook ads. The shirt depicted looked yummy, so I clicked and shopped around. I even put some items in "my cart." But I did not complete the transaction. Never heard of the company before.

Last night, same ad, and I had extra time to kill. So I shopped. Even set up a login account. Before I clicked the "place my order" button, however, I saw that there was international shipping and that the order would take 21 days to arrive. CAUTION sign.

One thing I noticed during the second shopping foray were items that I had seen before. And one item that I had purchased before. Both from BangGood. RED flag.

Items I purchased from BangGood had been far smaller (in size) than promised. One item was shipped two sizes below what I had ordered. The quality of all items was subpar. Cheap, thin fabric. Poor weaves.

Could this new company be related, in some way, to BangGood?

I wonder. But RoseWholesale does seem to use plus-size models in its photos of plus-size clothes (I am a plus-size woman), but only for some of their items.

However, after the debacle with my BangGood purchase and my suspicion about possible connections, I did not complete my RoseWholeSale purchase.

Questions:
* Could this "new" company be one and the same as BangGood? (name and website swaps)
* Could this "new" company be related? (same family, same partners)
* Why would this "new" company carry merchandise matching that of BangGood's?
* Is there one supplier that both companies purchase from to sell to unsuspecting overseas buyers?
* Even if a consumer purchases items 1-2 sizes larger than he/she normally wears, what guarantee is there that the item will FIT?
* And IF an item does not fit or has some defect, what can the consumer expect? What guarantees are there? (BangGood required that I send items back at MY expense, despite the fact that THEY were at fault. The return fees were ridiculously high, since they were going overseas and back to China... more than half the cost. I donated the items.)
* What about the reviews that RoseWholesale publishes on their site? All of them are rated with 4-5 stars and include comments that seem "canned."
* What ARE the open hours for their "live chat"?
* Why does their "About Us" offer no location or any details?

My recommendation? AVOID THIS COMPANY.

UPDATE: I went back to my 'order in process' to check out sizes that RoseWholesale uses and compared them to U.S. sizes. Responses from Chinese companies over issues with sizes (on SiteJabber), repeatedly state that we should "go by the measurements listed" on their webpages. So, I did. I checked the measurements on 5 items in my shopping cart. There was NO consistency between the measurements. On one shirt, I would need to order TWO sizes larger than usual to even HOPE for an adequate fit at the bustline. With another shirt, the same size did not match up, and in fact, even the largest size offered would not be sufficient.

In my opinion, these clothes are made based on Chinese measurements and their determination of size. Body types are vastly different between Chinese and people in the U.S. If this is the case, then WHY are these companies marketing to western civilizations?

I ordered 4 dresses sized one-two sizes above what I normally wear, using garment measurements they provided as a guide. Three of them indicated the sizes I ordered, but when tried on, turned out to be two-three sizes SMALLER than the tag. One of them was the wrong size on the tag (and even smaller in reality). I contacted Banggood via chat, and as usual, was told to wait for an e-mail from them with instructions, with assurances that they would do everything to make me happy. The instructions told me to send the items back... at my expense.

Since this would be going back to China, and because I have heard of shipments going "missing", I elected to donate the dresses to charity, rather than risking a total loss. I contacted BangGood one last time to advise them of this, but never heard back from them. What do they care? They got my money and shipped me "garbage."

My advice? AVOID this company unless you live next door to the factory. Then you might have a chance.

Update: 1/20/16 - Filed a Buyer Protection claim through PayPal, requesting a refund. BangGood refused. They insist that I return the merchandise AT MY EXPENSE. So, I looked into what it would cost. The result? Nearly HALF of what I paid for the merchandise. I complained to PayPal, again. Waiting on resolution. I will NOT ship back at my own expense. BangGood does NOT stand behind its products, nor does it hold a philosophy that seeks to trust its customers and do good by them. The best I can hope for is that PayPal will decide to stop doing business with them.

FINAL UPDATE: Without me agreeing to send the dresses back AT MY COST, PayPal would do no more. At one point, PayPal sent a vague message asking for "files" or "photos", but I am not even sure that this came from them or from BangGood (and sent via PayPal). From now on, I will no longer use PayPal for transactions to overseas companies unless I have thoroughly vetted the company.

I have donated the dresses to a local charity, where at least SOMEONE can wear them.

And of course, BangGood gets NO more of my money. EVER.

Tip for consumers:
As you read reviews on this company, note that the positive reviews read as rather "canned." These generic messages and the grammar and mechanical errors present in these posts suggest bogus reviews manufactured by company employees.
