They have filed 2 liens against my house.
Now I have to deal with taking care of this since what they have done is illegal.
This company does whatever they want to and when in communication with a service manager gets told one thing and their main office/owner does another thing that they have no clue about.
Per the liens the owner of the company signs them and that action is taken.
After doing a search online found that they have also filed several liens against other people for different types of amounts. They vary from hundreds to thousands of dollars.
Horrible! Horrible!

Avoid this company.

UPDATE: As of August 2,2022, no word from the company as to when the new AC ducts will be replaced. Now I have an AC unit that is useless since it is not cooling and working less than the old AC unit that was in the house that was from 2004. Been getting the run around from And Services.

Just purchased a house and got a quote from this company on July 26,2022, for a new AC and new AC ducts. Agreed to get on one of the better AC systems their sales person Luther McNall recommended. It is the Daikin Fit Whole House AC system. He also said that the new Ac ducts will be replaced the day after the AC is installed.

On July 27,2022, the AC was installed. Was told on the day of the installation by the that the air ducts can not be replaced the next day or that happens that quick. Based on this was lied by the salesperson.

After calling And Services to find out about this was told that the air ducts replacement can take weeks.

Now have a brand new AC that is useless because can not cool the house properly because in order to work as supposed to needs the new air ducts since the ones in the house are 18 years old, are very dirty, and they have not been properly maintained. Is no different than having the old AC.

The old AC that was also old and the original from when the house was built was not cooling and working properly not only because it wasn't properly maintained by the previous owners of the house but also because of the lack of ac ducts maintenance.

If knew about this would not have agreed to have an AC and new AC duct replacement with this company. Also would have planned for it by getting fans and/or portable AC systems in the meantime.

Is obvious that the salesperson lied to make a sale and also the company does not care much.

As of now this job is not considered completed until the ac ducts are replaced since is part of the sales/work order.

Wish can cancel all with this company and look for another company to deal with but can't since the AC system has been already installed.

Beware of this company selling tactics!

Spectrum are all crooks!

Recently canceled your service, was told my amount due as a final payment was $9.99 which I paid it and now being told is not that but $147.81 in which you can not provide a bill/proof what the $9.99 is for then as was originally told.

Talked to a few people on the phone already and no one can show what this is for.

I was recently even told on my last phone call by a manager that it was a late fee. That is NOT even possible when the recent statement I just got is not even due yet. This proves once again that you lie and have no clue.

I was also told by this same person to pay the $380.81 for another bill I received charging me for unreturned equipment which I returned in person and have receipts for. Another proof that you have no clue and can not care less.

According to what I was told by an online chat person via your website support, on January 20, was my amount due is $9.99 and what it said when I log on to my account was clearly

"Your account is no longer active. Please make your final payment below".
$9.99

I have in writing this information snd when I accessed the account on January 22 it shows amount due $0.00, do as far as everything I have been provided I am paid in full, with a zero balance.

If you send me to a collection agency I will dispute this as incorrect and use all the proof I have.

I will not recommend your service to anyone and will tell everyone to stay away and the horrible experience I had dealing with you.

They are better off dealing with another company.

I purchased and had installed a CCTV system from Vinny (Vinicius) Wetter in which recently when needed support for it and one of the cameras not working correctly he refused to do anything about after I found out by contacting the manufacturer for support and being told that the equipment wasn't their brand but a completly different one. He did gave me after installation the instruction manual, computer software, and a remote control for the brand that I was charged for and was told I was getting. Had no reason to think that was given a different system until needed support.

I was told it was a Hikvision system and that it what I paid for and I got an EasternCCTV system instead.

Told him that he has sold me something and provided something else. That this is not only right but also illegal. I asked for my money back being this the case and he said that all sales are final, no refunds. After telling him that by law that has to be mentioned on his receipt/invoice in order to be valid, which there is no mention of it, he seemed not to care.

He also offers a 3 year warranty as clearly stated on the invoice
That he is not also honoring.

I suggest anyone not to do business with this company to avoid to be ripped off. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Based on my experience and in my opinion this is what I think about Wetter Solutions.

Beware of Orlando Florida Credit Repair - StateWide Credit Repair!
Full of false advertisements!

My wife and I paid this company a flat fee of $450.00 to repair our credit to remove negative items from our credit reports. They advertise and guarantee to be able to remove bankruptcies, collections, late payments, etc... This was done with the sole purpose to be able to repair our credit in order to be able to purchase a home.

After doing 3 rounds of disputes and waiting the 45 days for each that needed to wait as was told by Fillip Garrison, the owner of this company, the bankruptcies and late payments are still showing on our credit reports. The few negative items that were actually removed were not removed because of something special he did. Could have done this ourselves by doing a dispute and they will have been removed per the law reads for being inaccurate and not verified as this items were. Did not had to pay what we paid to have this items removed. On top of all this some negative items are still showing on our credit reports.

Three full round of disputes and no results by this company!

Mainly we paid Fillip Garrison, owner of Orlando Florida Credit Repair also doing business as StateWide Credit Repair, to remove the bankruptcy and late payments. On our first and only meeting with him on February 18,2016 he told us that he was able to remove this two items with no problem. He guaranteed as his advertisements said. Just have to wait for a minimum of 45 days. This is the main reason we went by him since he guaranteed it.

We feel that he has ripped us off because we went to him for help based on what he advertised and guaranteed and he did not deliver.

Posting this here so people are aware of his business practices.
He cannot lie to people and take their money. He should do what he advertises and says.

In our opinion and based on our experience, we recommend to anyone not to do business with him and his company, Orlando Florida Credit Repair (StateWide Credit Repair).

BEWARE of WIX SELLING & FALSE ADVERTISING PRACTICES:

When you subscribe to their Yearly Unlimited Premium plan, their website says that you get 2 free premium apps which are Site Booster and Form Builder.

I only used the Site Booster and I was just charged a total of $9.90 for 2 months of service ($4.95 monthly service charge).

Nowhere in their advertisement says that there will be a monthly charge at all for the service and that is why it says you get it for free with your subscription.

This is clearly, false advertisement!

As of now I have cancelled my subscription for the Site Booster so I won't get charge again.

When I called customer service about this was told that you only get a credit for the first month of service. Again, nowhere that is mentioned.

They issued me a credit for this charge.

I wished that I haven't paid in full up front as is required for the year for the yearly subscription for their service.

As of now is "wasted" money since I can not get a refund for it and is paid until it expires for the yearly service.

As of now I am looking for another company to design my website with and won't be using Wix anymore.

I also haven't finished designing my website completely yet.
