GokartsUSA.com is probably run by a guy working out of his mother's basement. I ordered a go-kart for my kids, but received a completely different version without components I wanted. No battery charger included and a ton of parts that I have no idea where they go. Instructions are written in the worst Engrish I've ever seen. Four emails to tech support were ignored and the phone line is always busy. You pretty much have to call them and pretend to be buying something to get a human on the other line. Company rep had the balls to tell me that I didn't follow their complex directions by submitting a ticket, then following up with a call. WORST COMPANY I've seen in a long time.

Avoid this company at all costs. The phone staff is arrogant and the minute you press them on...
Gokarts USA Sales and Distribution Office is located at 2442 Estand Way, Pleasant Hill, California 94523. We ship our products from several warehouse locations across the country. Our products are sold Wholesale Direct, arrive in a crate and require final setup/assembly by the customer. The manuals are poorly written and assume that a mechanic is performing the setup.
