MESSED UP ON THE ORDER. SHIPPED A TEA INSTEAD OF NAIL POLISH. CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT REPLY TO EMAIL. WHEN I USED THE 24HR CHAT BOTH THE ASSOCIATE AND SUPERVISOR COULD NOT HELP. AFTER SPENDING 15 MINUTES THEY SAID. OH YOU CAN GO BUY IT YOURSELF ONLINE AND WE CAN CREDIT YOU FOR SHIPPING.

HELLO--- YOU OWE ME MONEY, AND MESSED UP, AND I AM THE ONE DOING ALL THE WORK?

WHATEVER HAPPENED TO YOU JUST SENDING A REPLACEMENT?
