I selected items to be over $100 to avoid shipping charges but it automatically put in more coupons and the "free" item which put the purchase under $100 and shipping was charged.
The process is frustrating.

NIGHTMARE! The dress was defective and they will not refund or exchange it. I shipped the dress back and have successfully disputed the charge with my credit card company and the payment is being credited to my account. You do have recourse if you have had the same experience. I did everything possible to do what they asked and returned the item at my own expense but they will not make it right. At least I have the $ back.
