I have been using Agoda since 2007 and for the past 8 years I can say I always have a smooth booking. There's no 100% perfect service but Agoda's customer relations/services promptly respond to my queries and so far all of the hotels I have booked through Agoda met my satisfaction. Since Agoda always ask our experience staying at the hotel we booked, it's an opportunity as well for them to hear from us what they need to improve and or makes the guests happy during their stay. I believe through this, Agoda and their hotel partners are able to help each other for us (as guests who books accommodation) will have wider options.

One big bonus here is that, when we book, we accumulate points and we have enjoyed redeeming rewards points. I have saved a lot using that reward points for overseas stay. Last but not the least, one BIG PLUS here is that we can now have the option to book now and pay later. Agoda works and communicates with customers professionally, I never had difficulties using the friendly website as well. Keep up the good work and more power Agoda! Thanks so much.

Been visiting Toys "R" Us in Singapore when it was not opened here yet in Bangkok. I find this store a very good place to bring kids, to let them see and enjoy the characters they are fond with. Games does not only entertain and it also provides education. Well this place is for everyone...

I love the scent of Gap's cologne and perfume, whenever my Auntie visit's U.S. there's no fail of asking her to buy some for me. :)

Been a member since 2012, but sadly to say I will miss Groupon Thailand. I am one of those members who loves vouchers for different cuisines and some stuffs that I really could not see much around. I hope Groupon Thailand will be back. I miss you!

Whenever I plan, I always consult with TripAdvisor, I truly appreciate the time the guests are giving to write their comments, experiences, tips, guidelines that really helps a lot for the reader to make a decision. Though everything will be my decision at the end of the day, I feel more comfortable and secure when I read information. It gives me a real glimpse on how the guests feel towards their experience especially when they share their photos.
