Who sells clothes on line as "Final Sale"? Terrible customer service. Plus the blouses were cheaply made with threads hanging from seams. No wonder they don't want the merchandise back!

OpenSky hosts thousands of different shops and each merchant is able to specify whether or not they accept returns.
