I ordered a top from Rosewholesale. When I received it, it was too small and I ordered a large. Their measurements said the bust was 39. I measured the top and the bust was 36. I have been offered a new top, a store credit, or a 10.00 refund when I paid 17.00, They refuse to give all my money back. The fabric in the top was so thin I could see through it. Do not order from this business. Even the BBB has a warning about this company.
Your most recent email asks for my email and order number. Why do you want me to supply information you already have? You send me emails so you have my email and the order number you supplied. This is redundant folks.
