This is the second time I have had the opportunity to comment. After my former bad experience, I spoke to an associate who was concerned about my experience.
I thought it would get better.
Instead it got worse. I made an appt. For about 3 weeks ahead for a physical with Dr Altstein. When I got there they had NO record of this appt. I had to book again for early May. Needless to say I will NEVER use ZOCDOC again. Twice bitten as they say. I will phone in my appts in future. An Amazon gift card does not do it.
