I placed an order for a go go gadget bag in late December; it arrived mid January. I put it aside to use for travel and as soon as I started using it the pull on the zipper broke. I contacted them and was told that I had the item too long and they could do nothing about it. If I had used the item very much at all I would not question; however it was barely used - looks brand new except for the broken off pull which cannot be repaired without replacing the entire zipper. Poor quality. Don't waste your bucks.

Hi Janella! We are sorry to hear you had this experience. OpenSky hosts thousands of different shops and, while we are generally able to help facilitate returns on items that are defective (even if they are not generally returnable), the circumstances you described are quite unique because you waited so long after receiving the product to give it a try. Unfortunately, we simply cannot require that a merchant accept a return so long after an item has been delivered. Regardless, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us.
