I tried for three months to get Zulily to send me the missing part from An almost $200 Plow and Hearth rocker. It was usless without the piece which held up the seat. They kept sending me the same promises to get it sent -- two emails from two different service reps spouting the same "I remember my grandmother's rocker and how much fun it was to relax in it" exact same words. Finally I wrote to the Better Business Bureau in Washington state and got the part within a week. It appears they often ship seconds or defective merchandise and try everything NOT to give you a refund.
