When the dress arrived, I was given a C. O. D. Charge of $54.00! I never saw anything regarding additional shipping charges when the order was placed. The dress was not nearly as full and poofy as the internet picture shows. In order to achieve the look we were hoping for, a petticoat would have to be worn. Again, this was not mentioned on the website. The biggest problem, however, is that the dress will be too short with a petticoat now. The website does not have a Return Label that can be printed, so I've been emailing them requesting one. They reply to my emails, but they have not sent a return label and they haven't offered a refund. I am getting the run-around. One last detail, the dress is very light weight (cheap) compared to some of the dresses we tried on locally. It was packed into a tiny box that was about the size of a shoe box.
