I had a choose it item that I was unable to link with to purchase it. I called phone support and they were "out of the office" even though it was before closing time. I contacted via chat support. My item was sold out, but the chat support staff member offered me a game play as a consolation. I was thankful since they are usually in high demand. I "only" won 21 bids, but was able to turn them into 2 gift card wins, totaling 25.00 and 40 voucher bids during a busy bidding time! Chat support was great and lucky for me today! I quibids!

I won a great prize for an amazingly low price on DealDash then I somehow failed to pay for my prize correctly. When I did not recieve my prize, I discovered the problem and frantically contacted customer support and ask for help to get my item. Within a day, I was contacted and offered another chance to purchase my item! I cannot thank DealDash enough for allowing me to get my prize! Now that's a FAIR DEAL in my opinion!
