I made the mistake of changing who I normally dealt with and trying these guys.
I am out over $200 I bought mounts and gold. I got one mount and only 20% of the gold I ordered. The player logged off and said brb and never logged back on.
I contacted web customer service on the web site daily for 3 days. Each day they said out of stock please give us more time. After three days of this and no action on their behalf I asked for a refund which they said they would provide.
I have received no refund.
I cant get through on telephone to them and they don't respond to emails as of yet.
I feel ripped off.
As a follow up I reported it to PayPal who I dealt with and they would do nothing about it saying I wasn't allowed to buy what I was buying so they can not guarantee my transactions $ and yet they continue to deal with this dealer as a client even though they agree that the dealer is selling items they don't own.
So in short... PayPal is supporting these frauds and offer you no protection when dealing with such transactions.
