Terrible customer service, they will do anything to argue with you (I had one even hang up on me because the email address she gave me for rebates wouldn't work.) If you don't have all your info re: previous purchase you won't get you $10 rebate.
I even checked the site out & all merchants you purchase from they only give you certain items that (Freeshipping) picks out in order to get you $0 ship charge, not the item you want, the item you want is not there pick so you still have to pay shipping on that item.
Plus you have to pay there $12.97 monthly fee.

Very good prices, many no shipping charge.
For the most part good contact with sellers if there is problem, which is usually taken care of quickly.

I've purchased many times from kohls & every experience have been very good with no problems.

Purchased with no problems & quality items.

Usually looking for best buys & walmart generally does outbeat a lot of other merchants.
