Wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order IN NOVEMBER and called to ask when I could expect my order now that all the holiday parties and birthdays I ordered gifts for were over. The EXTREMELY UNSYMPATHETIC customer service person could only say, "Sometime after the new year." What an outrage!
