I placed an order for a Christmas ornament and realized I made a mistake. I called zazzle right away to correct it, it has now been 4 days, 5 emails and at least 30 phone calls at least 30 minutes each mind you, with no response. I am not sure how they do business this way. You cannot ever get in touch with them. I will never order anything from them again. Wish I would have read the reviews before placing an order.
